Terms and Conditions

General Terms and Conditions for Car Wash Packages:

  • Car wash packages are available to individual and corporate customers.
  • Packages are valid only for vehicles registered with the UAE’s Road and Transport Authority (RTA) and must comply with all applicable UAE laws and regulations.
  • W2W reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any vehicle and customer before providing the service.
  • Packages are valid strictly for the duration specified at the time of purchase (e.g., 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year).
  • Any unused services or balance at the end of the package validity period will automatically expire and cannot be refunded or carried forward.
  • Packages include only the services explicitly mentioned in the package details.
  • Any additional or customized services requested by the customer beyond the package scope will incur separate charges, as per the current service rate.
  • Services can only be availed at the locations specified in the purchased package.
  • Services cannot be availed at locations outside the package’s designated location.
  • Services are primarily provided on a first-come, first-served basis unless an appointment system is introduced.
  • Customers are advised to book services in advance, especially during peak time, to avoid long wait times.
  • Packages are non-refundable once purchased.
  • In exceptional cases, such as total loss of the vehicle or permanent relocation, refunds may be considered on a prorated basis. Such refunds will require documented evidence (e.g., police report, relocation proof) and are subject to W2W management approval.
  • Refunds will not cover any additional costs or fees incurred during the package usage period.
  • Packages are non-transferable and are tied to the registered customer and their vehicle.
  • Requests to transfer the package to another customer or vehicle will require formal approval from W2W management and may involve an administrative fee.
  • W2W is not responsible for pre-existing damages, scratches, dents, or mechanical issues on vehicles brought in for service.
  • Customers are required to remove all personal belongings from their vehicles prior to service. W2W will not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to items left inside the vehicle.
  • While W2W takes every precaution during service, minor damages caused by unavoidable circumstances (e.g., weather-related damage) are not covered under liability.
  • Services will only be available during the official operating hours of the respective W2W location.
  • Operating hours may be subject to change due to public holidays, maintenance requirements, or unforeseen circumstances. Updates will be communicated through official W2W channels.
  • All package prices are inclusive of VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Payments must be made upfront and in full at the time of purchasing the package. No partial payments or credit terms are accepted.
  • W2W reserves the right to revise pricing for packages and services without prior notice.
  • W2W reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice.
  • Any amendments will be published through official W2W communication channels and will take effect immediately unless stated otherwise.
  • Customers are expected to maintain respectful and courteous behaviour towards W2W staff and adhere to safety guidelines displayed at service locations.
  • W2W reserves the right to refuse service or revoke a package without refund in cases of abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour towards employees or other customers.
  • Customers are encouraged to raise any disputes or grievances with W2W’s customer service team for resolution.
  • Any unresolved disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
  • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
  • Any disputes arising under these terms will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
  • W2W adheres to strict health, safety, and environmental standards during service delivery.
  • Customers must follow all safety instructions provided at W2W facilities to ensure a safe and efficient service experience.
  • W2W shall not be held liable for delays, interruptions, or non-performance of services due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, labour disputes, or technical failures.
